How to watch a video

If a video of a rehearsal has been made, you can find the video's number by looking at the upper right corner of an event. It might look like this: DVD 7  6m13s If there was no recording you will see this: no dvd .

The videos aren't immediately available for viewing. It takes a while to compress and upload them to the server. If a video is indeed available for viewing there are two ways to see it.

1. Click on the the link on the upper right corner of an event.
   You will be taken to a page with a video viewer. The videos ae rather large so you might have to wait for a few minutes before you can play the video. You will see a blue bar show the state of the loading process.
2. Go to the menu "Piece" and select "List Piece Assets". You will see all the available videos for the piece listed. If you click on one of the videos, the video will be downloaded. The videos are up to 200MB in size so be prepared to wait a while. Please don't try this if you don't have a pretty fast internet connection.
